On February 21, 2020, DTS Vietnam Software Company Limited held an Appointment Ceremony for management level positions. This event was not just a simple promotion ceremony but also marked a new phase in the leadership team of DTS Vietnam, reinforcing the organization’s strength.

With the acknowledgment of effort and trust in entrusting responsibilities, it is hoped that the appointed managers will steer the ship of DTS Vietnam to successfully achieve the company’s common goals.

Congratulations to those appointed in this round:

Firstly, Mr. Tran Dinh Dai is appointed as the Assistant Manager of the BPO department.

Mr. Tran Dinh Dai shared: “I thank the leadership for their trust and entrusting me with this new responsibility. This position is entirely different from five years ago when I first joined DTS Vietnam. It is a position that will undoubtedly present many challenges for me. With this position, I will gradually understand the desires of Japanese clients better, so that the output of DTS Vietnam’s products improves over time.”

Next is Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc, who is appointed as the Manager of the Financial Accounting Department under the GA department.

In her new role, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc also shared: “I am very happy and touched to participate in today’s management appointment ceremony. Being with the company for nearly 6 years, with many emotional moments, witnessing the company’s development from its inception to now, seeing the company grow stronger day by day, the staff increasing, and professional quality improving, is the joy of all employees. I hope that this year and in the future, the company will achieve more projects, more profits so that the members of the company receive more rewards and increase their income even more.”

After a period of challenge in the new role, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh will take on the position of Manager of Software Development Team 1 starting from 2020. Mr. Manh shared: “I want to express deep gratitude to the company’s leadership, Mr. Kawasaki and Mr. Thi, for trusting me with the leadership role of Software Development Team 1. With this new position, I will try my best to contribute my small part to the general development of the team and the company.”

Software Development Team 2 also sees innovation in 2020, with Mr. Luu Tien Dung assuming the position of Manager, leading the team through new challenges.

Mr. Dung also shared his upcoming plans: “I am very grateful to the company’s leadership for entrusting me with the Manager position of Software Development Team 2. However, I feel quite nervous because at today’s ceremony, I am the youngest here. My path is somewhat different from my seniors. When I first joined the company, I was just a regular employee, and with the company’s growth and maturity, today I have taken on a managerial position. I hope to continue accompanying the company’s development, helping my team grow stronger every day, so that in the next year or the year after, it’s not just me receiving this appointment decision, but also other colleagues, the next generation of managers of DTS Vietnam.”

Two other important positions were also appointed at this ceremony. They are the General Manager positions of the Software Development Department by Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thi and Ms. Nguyen Hai Uyen taking on the General Manager position of the GA department.

“From the first day I set foot in DTS Vietnam, I always believed that if I worked hard and gave my all to my work and the company, one day not far away, I would achieve the position I am in today. However, when I received the information from Mr. CEO Nakatani, I was quite surprised because the opportunity came sooner than I thought. On this occasion, I thank Mr. Nakatani for his trust, and I thank Mr. Kawasaki for his thorough guidance during the 3 years of working together. The goal for the first year in this position is challenging, but no matter what, with my efforts, the unanimous support of all my colleagues in the DEV team, the help from other departments, I completely trust that I can fulfill the entrusted responsibilities,” Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thi shared.

Ms. Nguyen Hai Uyen also shared: “Thinking back to the first day I stepped into DTS Vietnam, the first thing I felt was that there was ‘enough’ but not ‘full’ in the new environment. And I understood that my role and responsibility were to build and improve the organizational system within the company, as well as to provide advisory opinions to the leadership. With support and assistance from other departments, the HR department has made significant improvements and changes. I hope that in the future, the HR department will receive more contributions and suggestions from other departments.”

With these new positions, it is hoped that these individuals will be excellent captains, leading their teams and departments to successfully achieve goals, contributing to the continuous development of DTS Vietnam, becoming a strategic nucleus with competitiveness within the DTS Group.
