Training Program: Nurturing Potential Development
Nurturing Potential Development is an exceptionally unique training program organized at DTS Vietnam. The program is structured with a distinct training roadmap occurring in 2 phases with 3 contents, namely:
– 5S & Japanese Corporate Culture
– Office Informatics
– Horenso Skills

This program aims to train soft skills for employees, especially those in higher positions who have been working at DTSVN for less than 1 year, to equip them with additional knowledge and skills, and to enhance themselves further.
In the first training session, led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong (GA-Team Leader), the content on 5S and Japanese Corporate Culture helped participants to acquire additional interesting knowledge, which supplements their work processes.

During the training session, all DTSers showed great interest and enthusiasm with the quick test to assess their understanding of the Japanese corporate culture being implemented at DTS Vietnam.

Furthermore, the knowledge and skills about: greeting culture, basic working etiquette in Japanese companies, exchanging business cards, email etiquette, understanding and applying the 5S rule, introducing the Horenso rule… shared during the training session helped DTSers to have a clearer understanding of which skills are being applied in their daily lives and work.
After the training session, it is certain that the learned skills will greatly benefit and support the work of each DTSer.
The training program was highly successful, receiving positive feedback with over 80% of participants rating the course positively.
