On March 1, 2023, DTS Vietnam held its annual appointment ceremony for the year 2023. This event marked not only the formal appointment of individuals but also a significant milestone in the organizational structure of DTS Vietnam, particularly in its management team.

As part of the yearlong advanced skills training program for employees, DTS Vietnam’s learners are set to receive guidance and insights into an extremely crucial skill: “Team Collaboration Skills.” This is an essential skill within any group to achieve the highest collective results. The training content is shared by Mr. Manh.NV – DEV1 Manager – who has many years of experience as a manager overseeing various teams and projects with packed project meetings but still ensuring progress and work quality.

With the goal of helping new employees integrate quickly into the cultural environment and working methods of a Japanese company, the talent development program has chosen the theme “Hourensou Principles – Reporting – Communicating – Exchanging, Discussing for Effectiveness.”

Quarterly team building is a regular activity at DTS Vietnam, aiming to strengthen connections among team members, enhance creativity, and foster the company’s culture.

“Communication skills” are a soft skill that everyone should learn and requires a continuous process of refinement. Therefore, with the time constraints of the 1.5-hour training session, Ms. Uyen streamlined the theoretical content and practical exercises.
