DTS Vietnam is proud that on its path of development, each step marks the effort, dedication, and perseverance of its committed employees. For DTS Vietnam, the milestone of 5 years of collaboration and development with each member is a precious gift the company cherishes.

This is a proud journey for both you and DTS Vietnam, a journey where we see glimpses of young graduates who chose to join us, growing more mature each day; and on this journey, dreams and aspirations have grown and been realized. To express our profound gratitude to these valued members, DTS Vietnam holds an annual appreciation event every June to honor those who have accompanied and supported the company through the years.

Five years – a journey of pride from the early days of joining the company to becoming key, efficient employees, you have faced numerous challenges to refine and improve yourselves daily.

We understand that each employee is an important piece of the puzzle, contributing to the overall picture of the company. You have worked tirelessly, contributed creative ideas, and overcome difficulties to excel in your tasks. Your dedication is the solid foundation for DTS Vietnam to grow and expand.

DTS Vietnam is proud to “flex” the pieces that contribute to the company’s current success and stability.

One thing we often wonder about is, “Why would someone stay in the same environment for so long? Especially when they just graduated and are at an age where they want to explore different environments, yet they choose to stay with DTS Vietnam until now?”

To answer this question, let’s listen to the sharing from Anh.DT from the BPO department. Dang Anh shares that DTS Vietnam is the first company since graduating. As a fresh graduate joining DTS Vietnam, seeing the spacious, modern office and friendly colleagues in a comfortable working environment was very important. For a young person like me, the opportunity to learn and develop is crucial, and as you can see, I have been with DTS Vietnam for 5 years now, which means I am satisfied with the benefits, working environment, job quality, and my progress. This makes me believe that not only me but many other members are working hard, learning, and continuing to accompany DTS Vietnam for many more years to come.

Five years is not a short period, and many things change: people change, positions change, but the biggest change for Huong.NTT from the DEV department after 5 years at DTS Vietnam is “getting married.” Thanks to DTS Vietnam’s matchmaking, Huong married a kind and funny colleague.

As you can see, DTS Vietnam not only has good benefits but also brings people together.

DTS Vietnam hopes that the members who have been with the company so far are satisfied with their lives. However, in our lives, there will always be times when we feel dissatisfied. “How did you overcome those difficult times to continue your journey with DTS Vietnam?”

A meaningful share from Dung.NT from the GA department: “Whenever I face difficulties, to balance my emotions and work, I visit and check on my colleagues in other departments. During these conversations, I realize that others are facing even more difficulties than I am. This gives me a reason to motivate myself, finding the drive to work again.” The simple joy from positively sharing and conversing with colleagues and the motivation from seeing them overcome their challenges makes me think, “If they can do it, why can’t I?” Thus, somehow, everything passes, moving through sadness and difficulty, looking back and realizing how resilient I am.

Dung believes that pride is built gradually from overcoming difficulties, limits, and thoughts of giving up. Everyone has their way of overcoming challenges, and regardless of the method, I hope you try your best to get through the hardships, grow, and be proud of yourself.

“As a member of DTS Vietnam, what are you most proud of?”

After 5 years, Trung is proud of the environment he is dedicated to, proud of his colleagues, and proud of himself. To Trung, the environment at DTS Vietnam is very comfortable, with happy and friendly colleagues. Being an introvert, I rarely join in the fun and conversations, but seeing my colleagues happy makes me feel at ease.

Especially during my time at DTS Vietnam, the company supported me in studying and completing numerous professional certifications to enhance my expertise. Moreover, working with talented colleagues is something I am proud of. I hope DTS Vietnam continues to provide opportunities for employees to learn and improve as it currently does, helping employees feel secure in their work and continue to accompany DTS Vietnam in achieving future milestones.

Accompanying the development are the support, encouragement, and assistance from managers and team members. To express my deepest gratitude, Viet Anh from the DEV department feels very lucky and proud to be a member of the Dev 2 team – a place where everyone is enthusiastic and supportive in work and life. Reflecting on the 5-year milestone, I see my progress and improvement, and I especially want to thank Tua for helping and guiding me a lot in my work.

For Phuong.TP from the BPO department, when asked who she would thank after 5 years, the first thing that comes to Phuong’s mind is a working team that feels like a small family, with dedicated colleagues helping each other. Phuong especially wants to thank Chi Mai – a younger colleague who takes care of the team from the simplest, most ordinary things, making everyone feel warm.

“What is the biggest change in you after 5 years at DTS Vietnam?” For My.BTD from the BPO department, the biggest change in 5 years is probably “maturity.” Not long ago, My was the youngest in the team, but now she has become a senior, able to guide and share experiences with juniors. After 5 years of working, with efforts and hard work, My feels she has matured a lot and is proud of that.

“On the journey of development and companionship at DTS, do you have any messages or advice for new employees continuing to become DTSer?”

For this, let Ngoc.NK from the GA department share: “Be brave and do it, and fear less. If you do it right, learn from it to do better the second and third times. If you do it wrong, correct it. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and do nothing, because no one is right the first time and ‘fear’ will defeat you before you realize it.”

Ngoc always feels secure and proud because the DTS Vietnam environment is tolerant enough for your mistakes if you improve after them. Strive to practice and improve yourself more. Every effort will be rewarded.
